🔹 Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill the following:
- Must possess a Graduate degree or Diploma from a recognized university/institute.
- Only candidates who passed in or after 2021 are eligible.
- Candidates who completed their qualification before 2021 are not eligible.
- Applicants must not have previously undergone apprenticeship training.
- Candidates from all districts can apply, but preference will be given to BESCOM-area candidates.
🔹 Age Limit & Relaxation
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: As per Apprenticeship Act & Government norms
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
SSLC marks card or Birth Certificate is required as age proof. Caste certificate is mandatory to claim reservation benefits.
🔹 Stipend / Salary
Selected candidates will receive monthly stipend during training:
- Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,008 per month
- Diploma Apprentices: ₹8,000 per month
This stipend is paid for 1 year only. After completion, BESCOM provides an Experience Certificate, helpful for future job opportunities.
