🎓 Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for MESCOM Apprentice posts must meet the following qualifications:
- Graduate Apprentice:
Candidates must have completed B.E / B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university. - Diploma Apprentice:
Candidates must have completed Diploma in the relevant subject from a recognized institution. - General Stream Graduate Apprentice:
Candidates must possess BA / BSc / BCom / BBA / BCA degree from a recognized university. - Candidates who passed their qualification in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible.
- Applicants must be residents of Karnataka.
🚫 Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or have more than one year of work experience are not eligible to apply.
🎯 Age Limit & Relaxation
- Age limit will be followed as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1973 and its amendments.
- Age relaxation and reservation will be applicable for SC / ST / OBC / PwD candidates as per Government of India norms.
- Valid caste or category certificates must be produced during document verification.
- If certificates are not submitted, candidates will be treated under the General category.
💰 Stipend Details
Selected candidates will receive the following monthly stipend:
- Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): ₹9,000 per month
- Diploma Apprentice: ₹8,000 per month
- General Stream Graduate Apprentice: ₹9,000 per month
- Training Duration: 1 Year
